Position Overview

Conserva Irrigation of Tucson is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Sales Support & Operations Coordinator to support sales growth, customer service, and day-to-day operational management. This role represents the company in the community, builds business relationships, handles challenging customer interactions, and supports internal operations—all while working primarily from home.

This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, experience in sales or business development, and the ability to assist with team coordination and administrative oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Networking & Business Development

  • Actively network on behalf of Conserva Irrigation to build strong B2B relationships with property managers, HOAs, landscapers, and other potential partners.

  • Attend local meetings, community events, and industry functions as needed (mileage reimbursed).

  • Identify new business opportunities and assist the owner in driving lead-generation efforts.

  • Support high-level sales outreach and follow-up.

Customer Service & Client Support

  • Serve as a customer-facing point of contact for escalations, tough customers, and service follow-ups.

  • Manage customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving.

  • Assist in resolving complaints, coordinating solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction standards are met.

Operations & Administrative Oversight

  • Support management of the admin team, helping with scheduling, workflow, and daily task oversight.

  • Coordinate communication between technicians, admin staff, and leadership.

  • Assist with operational tasks such as project follow-ups, documentation, system updates, and quality control support.

  • Help streamline processes to improve efficiency in service and operations.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong customer service background with proven experience handling difficult or escalated situations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Comfortable working from home with minimal supervision.


Preferred

  • Sales background, especially in B2B or service-based industries.

  • Experience in home services, field service companies, property management, construction, irrigation, landscaping, etc.

  • Prior experience in team coordination or light operations/administrative management.

Additional Details

  • Work Environment: Primarily remote/work-from-home, with occasional local travel to support sales meetings, operations needs, and networking events.

  • Schedule: Full-time, flexible scheduling available.

  • Compensation: $18–$20 per hour based on experience.
